We are a highly respected heavy civil general contractor based in central Alabama (Pelham Headquarters). We offer a multitude of services that include all but not limited to: bridge building, drilling foundations, pile driving, shoring, clearing, excavating, and pouring concrete.
We are committed to uncompromising quality control, meticulous attention to the smallest details, and a relentless pursuit of excellence—whether the job is massive infrastructure work or a smaller-scale challenge. No project is too big, too complex, or too small for our team. With over 58 combined years of experience, there's no job too difficult or too small that we can't do.

Since his days as a young man, Kacy Mims has always understood the value of hard work. At 13 years of age, he sacrificed most of his free time to learn skills and trades with his dad at Alabama Bridge Builders Inc. Working as a labor - carpenter - crane operator - foreman - general superintendent. Fast forward 38 years later and he has used his wisdom and work ethic to transform The Bridge Builders of Alabama LLC. into a household name statewide. Cody Corley is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Building Science. He started at 15 years of age as a farmhand for a Lazy K Ranch and that owner is who would eventually connect Corley to the Mims in 2008 when he was hired as a Project Manager/Estimator for Alabama Bridge Builders Inc. In 2013 they started the groundwork f
Cody Corley is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Building Science. In 2013 they started the groundwork for The Bridge Builders of Alabama LLC and were awarded their first subcontract in 2014 and in 2026 The Bridge Builders of Alabama LLC have competed 200+ projects. Currently Corley has 20+ years’ experience in the Construction Field. Corley is a strong family man and an avid cattle farmer in Cullman County.
